How are your products made?
Every item is printed to order by our print partner after you check out. We do not keep pre-made stock.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. Because items go into production soon after an order is placed, we can only change or cancel an order that has not started production.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Delivery time is production time plus shipping time. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
Returns and problems
My item arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Can I return an item I no longer want, or exchange a size?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Designs
Are your designs official merchandise for any game?
No. All designs are our own original artwork. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
